Return & Exchange Policy

At Kspire Lavishable, we want you to feel confident in your everyday look. Because we carefully curate both fashion and delicate cosmetics, our return and exchange conditions vary by product category and region to ensure safety, hygiene, and local legal compliance.

Language Prevalence: This Return & Exchange Policy is drafted and executed in the English language. If this policy is translated into Chinese, German, or any other language, the English version shall prevail and take precedence over any translated versions in the event of any conflict, divergence, or inconsistency

1. General Return Window

  • Hong Kong: We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy for eligible items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange or return for store credit.

  • EU (Germany & Austria): In accordance with EU statutory consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to return eligible items for a full refund. You may easily initiate this by using the “Withdrawal Button” available in your customer account portal.

2. Policy by Product Category

A. Cosmetics & Skincare (Masks, Serums, Patches, etc.)

  • Hygiene Protection: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, skincare products and cosmetics can ONLY be returned or exchanged if they are completely unopened, unused, unsealed, and in their original intact packaging.

  • Premature Forfeiture: Once a protective seal, plastic wrap, box sticker, or bottle cap is opened or tampered with, the item loses all eligibility for a change-of-mind return or exchange (pursuant to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 312g(2) No. 3 BGB for EU residents).

  • Faulty Items: If a product arrives physically damaged (e.g., a broken pump or cracked jar) or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos for a free replacement or refund.

B. Fashion & Clothing (Tops, Dresses, etc.)

  • Conditions for Exchange: Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within your region’s eligible window (7 days for HK / 14 days for EU).

  • Garment State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original clothing tags securely attached. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Exchanges: The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center.

  • Defective Items: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, Kspire Lavishable will cover all return logistics and replacement shipping fees.
